Medical Examination Processing

Tashkent International Clinic is the assigned panel clinic in Uzbekistan for providing medical exams to New Zealand visa applicants.

In order to be scheduled for a medical exam, you will need your NZHR / NZER number (Immigration New Zealand health case reference number). In case you do not have a NZHR/NZER number and request an Up-Front e-medical, you will be requested to provide the following information:

  • Applicant's Visa Category

  • Applicant's Visa Type

  • Medical type (Full/Limited or No medical check)

  • X-ray required or not

  • Length of stay in New Zealand

Note: the applicant cannot be scheduled for a medical exam unless all the information above is provided.

Scheduling your appointment for a medical exam

Once you have all the information required for a medical exam, you may schedule the medical exam in the one of the following ways:

  • Call the Tashkent International Clinic to schedule your appointment. The phone number is: +998 78 120 11 20. Please call morning time from 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. and afternoon time from 2:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m.

  • You may send us Telegram messages with an appointment request at +998 90 004 01 42. Telegram messages are received morning time from 8:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. and afternoon time from 2:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m.

The day of your appointment

On the day of the medical examination please arrive STRICTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME (not late or early). Fasting is not required.

Please prepare and bring list of required documents for medical examination:

  • Valid traveling (red) passport and, for each family member if you are traveling with your family

  • 2 copy of traveling (red) passport (main page with photo) for each family member

  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate if available

  • Printed application form (if NZHR / NZER is available)

  • International card for payment (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX)

Note: The fee for a medical exam will be determined after your medical appointment is finished. The minimum fee varies from 70.00 USD up to 282.00 USD. You should have no less than 300.00 USD on the card being used. Payment is non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for the validity and accuracy of all the information you provid.

Applicants should arrive according to the scheduled appointment time with their passport and any other documents related to their medical exam.

Applicants must abide by the rules, procedures and requirements to enter the clinic territory. The applicant will be asked to switch off their mobile phone and pass all electronic devices, including car keys, any liquid items, sprays, etc. to the security guard.
