Medical examination scheduling process for immigrant visa applicants for the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent
Tashkent International Clinic provides medical examinations for applicants who have applied for DV (Green Card) Lottery, Reunification (K1/K2 fiancé and other family members' reunification) and other Immigration visas. See the instructions below on how to make an appointment, how to proceed with payment, and a list of documents requested for the medical examination.
ATTENTION: Effective from October 1st 2024 – All Immigration Visa applicants aged 2 years old and older must take the IGRA test in accordance with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) rules The test is performed in the blood sample taken at Tashkent International Clinic
Before making an appointment at the Tashkent International Clinic for a medical examination, registration and payments must be submitted at the website: www.intms.org
Note: Family members whose names are not indicated in the Invitation letter cannot be admitted to the medical examination. Please contact the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan to find out how to add family members to the invitation letter.

Payment

Register or login at www.intms.org with your e-mail address and personal password.

Read the “Terms of Agreement” carefully. If you agree to the terms for the provision of personal information, please check the box (√) and proceed to the next step.
After filling out the form correctly, you will be redirected to the payment portal for International Medical Services, which will automatically calculate the costs for both the individual and family medical examinations.
Please note: Tashkent International Clinic does not charge for medical examination, the payment is sent to the service of International Medical Services.
The cost of a medical examination is:

Applicants from 0 under 2 years old - 80 USD

Applicants from 2 years old but under 15 years old - 160 USD

Applicants from 15 years old but under 18 years old - 245 USD

Applicants from 18 years old but under 25 years of age -285 USD

Applicants from 25 years old but under 45 years of age - 260 USD

Applicants from 45 years old and older - 245 USD
At this stage, international bank card – Visa or MasterCard is required:

Make sure the name and last name of cardholder, card number and expiration date are correct

Make sure the card has sufficient funds on it

After payment is successful, the receipt and the information you filled in will be automatically sent to the email address of the Tashkent International Clinic, as well as to the email address that you indicated when filling out the form

If the payment request is rejected, contact the bank provided the card to clarify the reason for the payment denial

Payment is non-refundable

Scheduling your appointment for a medical exam
Once you received the payment confirmation to your email, you need to send the required documents listed below in scanned PDF files and photos for each family member in .webp format to the email medicalsTIC@tashclinic.org.
You will receive an appointment date for your medical exam via email, once an operator checks and registers your documents in the system. All other questions and inquiries regarding medical exams are resolved by emailing medicalsTIC@tashclinic.org only.
All scanned documents must be in good quality in PDF format only.

The day of your appointment
On the day of the medical examination please arrive STRICTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME (not late or early). Fasting is not required.

Terms and Conditions during medical examination day at Tashkent International Clinic

Applicants should arrive according to the scheduled appointment time with their passport and any other documents related to their medical exam. The Security Guard of the clinic will call the applicant according to the schedule for a security check.
The medical examination may last from 2 to 4 hours.
Families with small children, pregnant women, and the elderly will be passed through the Security check first as a PRIORITY
If you have children, please bring baby food, diapers and their small toys and books.
Applicants must abide by the rules, procedures and requirements to enter the clinic territory. The applicant will be asked to switch off their mobile phone and pass all electronic devices, including car keys, any liquid items, sprays, etc. to the security guard.
Video Recording: Please note that all activity in public areas is being monitored and recorded by clinic security cameras, including microphones recording what is being said.
To the attention of Pregnant applicants:
All applicants who undergo medical exam for Immigration or Non Immigration (K1/K2) visas must undergo all steps of medical check in order to complete the exam. According to Technical instructions by U.S. Immigration Center, all Applicants who are pregnant may postpone the required immigration chest x-ray (and immigration medical examination) until after pregnancy but are required to have a chest x-ray to immigrate. Pregnant applicants should discuss this matter with the Department of State (DOS) consular officer to determine if the delay will affect their immigration status: www.cdc.gov
In case of pregnancy, TIC recommends applicants to discuss all risks and probabilities with their treating doctor (OBGYN or family physician) and have a decision before coming to medical exam. If applicants refuse to undergo chest x-ray, medical check is postponed until Chest X-ray is done. As an option, applicants can request medical check after giving birth. All other related inquires as how to reschedule for medical exam and how can it be done, must be directed to the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent at TashkentIV@state.gov
